MAI magazine is an independent art and pop culture digital publication and creative studio based in Berlin.

Run by Á, a slow-talking, fast-thinking, complex, and contradictory creature who identifies but is not limited to his pink bear exterior. Á had a vision; it came to him in a dream, we are told. But nobody really knows. No one has ever met Á—not Deniz or Marijana. Á’s vision was to create a digital playground for the blergh-ed, the uninspired, the lonely, the cheeky, the brilliant, the brash, the wanderers, the outcasts, the gigglers, the onlookers, the makers, the creators, the lovers, the admirers, and the dreamers to gather. A community-run, warm, and friendly home that encourages creative exploration and provides a safe space for artists to share their stories, feel seen, LOL and tumble along the way.
